When you bought a bad Vroom vehicle San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.co San Tan has been our family's dealer of choice for Service since 2011. Recently we went rogue and purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited from Vroom.com (yes, I know, dumb). Upon delivery we noticed a few things that weren't right with the body and took it to San Tan Service for an inspection during our "7-day test drive" period, where they confirmed there appeared to be body work to the vehicle that Vroom.com did not disclosed to us. So we returned the Vroom.com Explorer...enter our favorite team who saw an opportunity and seized it. There was a 2017 Ford Explorer Limited that San Tan Used Cars just acquired and they took us right to it (intake writing still on the windshield and not yet detailed). We were interested so they put it at the front of the line for their internal inspection. They were able to certify it and within a week we were driving our Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Ford Explorer Limited!! That was out 4th purchase at San Tan (3 used, 1 new)...never going rogue again! Thanks to Eric and Anthony in Service and John and Cameron in Sales. You guys are quite the team! More
Customer Service After being a customer for over 11 years and spending close to $200,000.00 dollars in new car purchases and 7 years of service and repairs they though After being a customer for over 11 years and spending close to $200,000.00 dollars in new car purchases and 7 years of service and repairs they thought swollen lug nuts, that should be covered by Ford should be replaced by me for $160.00. It seems to me that if you sell a product that you should back the product you sell. I have only 28000 on my vehicle and if they know they have a problem that they should back what they sell. As of today they have lost a customer and at the end of the day it won't be a big hit to them but like the fact that I will be taking some revenue from them. More

I stopped using them when the service manager fought me on batteries that burned up in the first year. I had an extended warranty and a service maintenance with them also. Every time i took it in for an oil change and inspection they were supposed to fill the def fluid also. I realized they weren't doing the full maintenance and not filling the def, wiper reservoir, and tire pressure check. this was another reason to quit using them. I recently took the truck in to have the serpentine belt replaced and was quoted 1 hour and the belt. After taking the truck in and waiting for over an hour, the service manager said the quote was wrong and it would take over 3 hours and I would have to make another appointment. I also had a quote from Larry Miller Ford, and Horn Ford in Apache Junction for the same time quote. I ended up going to a small shop and paid the same as the original quote from all three Ford Dealers and they did the work right then. I am now going to drive more than 50 miles to Sanderson Ford for a diagnosis on another issue. I have heard good about them and am going to try them. I will never go to San Tan Ford again and will tell everyone who asks about them to steer clear. More

3 hour wait Had an appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours. If I don’t walk to the front desk it would have taken longer. Well 1 month after my transmission blew again. Sent to Peoria ford who called me day after to say the front seal was installed incorrectly. They will have to remove and rebuild it again. Good thing for warranty. I advise anyone to find another dealership. More

From the moment I stepped into the dealership to make arrangements for an oil change, of which I did not have an appointment, I experienced excellent From the moment I stepped into the dealership to make arrangements for an oil change, of which I did not have an appointment, I experienced excellent customer service skills from everybody I came into contact with. Mr. Jeff Ochs, Manager Internet Sales, did an outstanding job getting the right 2018 Ford Escape I wanted, setting up the test drive, and negotiated a price that I was compatible with. WOW!! Needless to say the excellent customer service skills didn’t stop there. Jeff Ochs then introduced me to Mr.Ted Steer, Finance Manager. Mr. Steer was so very easy to talk to. He had all of my financial values / calculations in order and the documentation prepared quickly. He had everything complete within about 15 minutes. I so appreciated his insights. What a neat guy. In the mean-time Jeff Ochs was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond. I have Parkinson's and it was very warm out, he took it upon himself and moved everything from my 2015 Ford Escape into my new 2018 Ford Escape. He put everything in the same exact place in the new car. All I can say is WOW!! He even remember the sunglasses. I was so impressed. San Tan Ford is a great place to buy your car. I know -- this is my third one! More
