When I told the sales team I was going to leave a review. The concerned look on their face told me just how detailed I needed to be on why I gave the score I gave. When I walked onto the lot I knew my, very normal, requirements. Casey and Alicia worked together to find something better then my 2018 ford focus hatchback. In reality we got 90% there and I appreciate the effort and dedication to the cause. Thus I got the Bronco sport. I have a few minor inconveniences but considering Ford discontinued the focus. (Rest in piece focus.) I am very happy with the customer experience. With our tape measurer and my dog kennel we went car to car and truck to truck until my kennel fit. Alicia is a wonderful woman. She laughed with me instead of at me and my needs. Casey showed how skilled he is by working with up to 3 different people at one time. A sales team like this is why I pushed my budget up. The effort sold the truck NOT the truck itself. I could talk about the good service for a lot longer then I have but there is only so much good I can say about the "soon to be top sales woman" and the "best hairstyle of the sales floor." (I had to add these last line jokes or else someone would be sad.) Long as they work there, I am happy to bring Sanders my future purchases. Seriously, Thank you, -Bradley and Bradley. P.S.
