Good Pricing on Sales and Good Service as Well I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 at Sanders Ford. I have it serviced there as well. Thinking back to when I purchased it, they met all my needs including I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 at Sanders Ford. I have it serviced there as well. Thinking back to when I purchased it, they met all my needs including price of the new truck, trade in value of my car, and the interest rate I was after. Get service scheduled in the past has been a challenge with having to make an appointment for even an oil change - that has changed and I was able to simply call and go in for an oil change recently. They "worked me in," and I was in and out in under an hour for a "Works" oil change service package. More

Best car buying experience ever Let me start out by saying I try to avoid dealerships because I cannot stand salesmen. We saw an SUV online and went specifically for that. Alexios Panagiotidis introduced himself and immediately put our priorities first. Let me also say that we drove an hour to the dealership and brought our 7 week old baby. He offered water and immediately led us to a comfortable area while he brought the car around. Alex answered every question we asked and found the answers to some that he didn’t know. He was very accommodating when he provided a comfortable room for my wife when she needed to breast feed. He knew that we were on a time crunch with our child as she was sleeping. Alex was very transparent with pricing and what he was able to do for us and what would benefit us the most. That sounds good. Both my wife and I test drove the car and he showed us how to use the cars touch screen features. He also respected or price range and didn’t try and push a car that was out of our budget. He knew we came specifically for that one car. He walked us through the whole buying process flawlessly. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. Would come back to this dealership next time we need a car just to buy from him! More

Running bad fixed. My F150 was skipping during acceleration intermittently, once about every three or four days, Al Sirkin listened to my description of the problem and My F150 was skipping during acceleration intermittently, once about every three or four days, Al Sirkin listened to my description of the problem and I was soon on my way home in the their shuttle. Al said he would call me as soon as they had completed their diagnostic. In about two hours I received a call from Al with all the information I needed. I gave the go ahead on the repair and Al called me when the truck was ready. The shuttle came and picked me up and took me back to Sander's Ford, Al explained the bill, I paid it and was on my way. I don't remember my F150 running so good, what a pleasant surprise. More
