Purchasing a a primary vehicle Stopped by Sanders Ford on Feb 25 2019 to look at available used 2015 and newer explorers. Alexis Panagiotidis met us in the rain to help us find wha Stopped by Sanders Ford on Feb 25 2019 to look at available used 2015 and newer explorers. Alexis Panagiotidis met us in the rain to help us find what we were looking for. He took our names and numbers and kept in touch with us over the next few days. We were interested in a 2017 red explorer. On March 5 2019 we returned to Sanders Ford and met with Alex to have a more in depth discussion on the explorer. He took us on a test drive and ask questions about what we liked or didn't like about the vehicle. When we returned to the lot the only question we had he couldn't answer. He quickly went and got the head mechanic to look at the vehicle to find out that it was a 4 cylinder. While we were discussing if we were going to purchase this vehicle, Alex went right to work to find the actual vehicle we wanted. After waiting for maybe an extra half hour, he returned with the paperwork to another vehicle that had everything and more of what we were looking for. He was up front that it was just a little more than what we looking to pay. We took it for a test drive and realized that we were going to purchase this vehicle. Alex understood that we weren't wanting to do very much negotiating on price. He did all the hard work with finance department and took care of any and all phone calls. While we were signing all the necessary paperwork, Alex even jumped in to help get the vehicle detailed for us. When Alex gave us the key to the vehicle, he was very detailed on showing how to use the key with all the electronics of the vehicle. We left that evening very satisfied with our new purchase but even more satisfied with the excellent service we recieved from Alex. Outstanding Dealership We first purchase two vehicles from Sanders Ford in the summer of 2012. We were so pleased with the Sales and Service at Sanders Ford that my wife Tin We first purchase two vehicles from Sanders Ford in the summer of 2012. We were so pleased with the Sales and Service at Sanders Ford that my wife Tina and I when the time came we would again purchase our vehicles from Sanders Ford. When Hurricane Florence struck in Jacksonville and brought with it the floods of 2018 we then found ourselves in dire need of replacement vehicles due to our vehicles being totally destroyed. I borrowed a car from a friend and my wife and I headed to Sanders Ford. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by Valeri Parker who tried very hard to help us get a vehicle even though they had no power at the dealership. We agreed to return when power was restored. The first day that power was fixed we were at Sanders Ford first thing in the morning. Val was waiting for us. Do Not lose this lady, she is a bright light of Sanders Ford. Valeri could see we had limited time and we were very stressed after losing everything we had. I truly have never been treated with as much kindness and respect from a business representative as that day we purchased a 2015 F-250. She then introduced us to Mykola Sywanyk who helped us finance the F-250. Mikala made us feel like we have known him all of our lives. I was extremely pleased when he explained to the banks about the situation we were going through. We were very happy with the service and vehicle that we mentioned to Val that we were also looking to purchase a Ford Explorer in the near future when we found a place to live. (We were staying with friends) a week later we had found a rental while our journey to rebuild our home and lives began. Valeri called to inform us that she had the perfect Explorer for our needs. We immediately drove to Sanders Ford where Val again made our experience buying a vehicle one of the best dealership experiences ever. We purchased the Explorer with Mykola and Val truly on our side. A while after buying our vehicles I received a notice from Ford that my F-250 was due for service and Sanders Ford offered a free oil change and tire rotation. I set up the appointment and a few days later I drove to the dealership for my first interaction with the service department. While waiting for my vehicle I walked around and looked at other trucks on the lot and stopped by Val’s office to say hello. As we walked around and chatted, I mentioned to her that I was satisfied with the F-250 but it was more than I needed. Val asked me what I wanted and she went to work. With A team like Valeri and Mykola, Sanders Ford has earned two customers for life. I traded the F-250 for the 2019 Black Widow F-150! Ford has really outdone themselves with this truck and Sanders Ford has outdone themselves with Valeri Parker and Mykola Sywanyk as Representatives for their business.
