Sanders Ford has set the bar for customer service! There hasn't been one visit where I left feeling aggravated or disappointed! I have been in several unscheduled times due to my tire light being on and NOT once did they tell me i would have to wait. They took my truck back ASAP and someone would bring it back up moments later with air put in them. At my appointments I have never waited an unreasonable amount of time to have my truck serviced! Everyone has always been polite! By far the nicest car dealership i have EVER dealt with! More

In addition, the vehicle's have performed like a charm and the service provided has been exceptional. My vehicle was detailed in and out like a pro, and they even swapped the rims it had for ones I wanted - no hassle, no questions asked. Another admirable thing is that I had a great experience here 4 years ago with some different staff. What this tells me is the leadership at Sander's know what they're doing because their positive attitude reflects upon the rest of the team. Even years later. Thanks again Sander's Ford! Sanders Ford is a good business to deal with. I took my truck to Sanders Ford on order to have a factory recall performed on all the truck door locks. I haven't received a letter from Ford yet so I took my truck to Sanders Ford on order to have a factory recall performed on all the truck door locks. I haven't received a letter from Ford yet so I would not have known about the recall if my Service Manager, Tiffany O'Neal, had not told me about it and recommended I get it done as soon as i could. My truck was taken into service promptly after I arrived and the work was done sooner than I was promised. I had some important business to attend to do Sanders Ford gave me a loaner to drive while mine was in service. Just another example of how Sanders Ford takes good care of their customers. I recommend Sanders Ford to anyone looking to buy a truck or car. More
