Knowledgeable and friendly staff and great service I had the 20,000 mile service performed on my 2016 C-Max hybrid. Scheduling an online appointment was fast and easy and a service advisor was ready fo I had the 20,000 mile service performed on my 2016 C-Max hybrid. Scheduling an online appointment was fast and easy and a service advisor was ready for me when I brought my car in at the scheduled time. Recommendations for routine maintenance at that mileage were explained to me and costs of each service provided. A shuttle was called to take me home once I completed the paperwork and the shuttle was called to pick me back up when the service was completed. A recommendation for tire change due to wear was provided with options for different price level tires given. Overall a great service experience! More

Customer Service was A-1 As a new customer to the dealership, I was treated with courtesy and I noticed every other person who walked in was afforded the same. My questions were answered and my concerns were met with everyone who could possibly have an answer. When my car was serviced, it was done correctly and the bill was exactly what I expected it to be. does great work scheduling an appointment and had a 1.5hr wait was not reasonable.
