No pressure sales; Excellent Customer Service. I didn't come into Sanders looking for a new car. However, with a potential job change on the horizon that could entail more driving, I was leaning t I didn't come into Sanders looking for a new car. However, with a potential job change on the horizon that could entail more driving, I was leaning towards a more comfortable ride. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I had a more in-depth knowledge transfer about all the features of this new vehicle than any other past car purchase from other [Ford] dealerships. Absolutely nothing was missed. 2nd experience this was my second time having to tow my 2015 escape to Sanders in 2 weeks for the same problem. I gave a 5 star rating because they did not charge m this was my second time having to tow my 2015 escape to Sanders in 2 weeks for the same problem. I gave a 5 star rating because they did not charge me to fix the problem previously. Hopefully I don't have to tow it in again in another week for the same problem and they have finally fixed it. I really appreciate that this time they did not charge me again even though they found a different problem for the same exact issue. More
