Overpriced and made matters worse I went in for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a coupon for $58.88 for the Premier Oil change and I walked out paying over $100! Then there was a recall on the dash panel that they went and did with out telling me what the recall was for; I had my whole dash panel replaced less than 2 years ago because of issues and now they did the recall and my mileage indicator/range is totally off!!! Maybe they should check these things out prior to to touching anything. Now I have to go back and have it fixed again for something that was fine to begin with!! More

I usually use the same associate who is in great demand and don't mind waiting if there is only one car ahead of me. Keeping me informed as to the status of service being preformed is the number one reason I have returned to Sands. More
