Sands Chevrolet - Surprise

Not a good experience. Salesman was excellent. Finance didn't seem to know what he was doing, and when all was said and done we had difficulty with registration. This was a Salesman was excellent. This was a two new car purchase and I expected this to be a pleasant experience for not only myself, but for my two granddaughters. If they had no seriously wanted these specific cars, I would have walked out. It literally took months to get finance and registration issues resolved. I see the salesman is no longer listed as an employee. That's unfortunate, he did a good job despite the appearance of walking on thin glass around management at the dealership. I will not do business with this place again, and will certainly not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Courteous and Efficient I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really I arrived at the dealership without an appointment after being told by the towing company that my battery was bad. The service department was really busy, but I was met almost immediately by Robert who was courteous and efficient, and I had my car back, after a service, a new battery and a car wash, within a couple of hours. Also, I think the use of Uber drivers to pick up and drop off customers with an anticipated long wait, is a great idea. Who could ask for more?? More
