Michael Carver was my first contact at Sands. Michael's approach was friendly and easy going, unlike some of the high pressure tactics I've encountered, prior. Michael listened to what I was looking for, and showed me what was available. He worked hard at getting the best price for the new vehicle and my trade-in value. At the end of the day, I closed a deal with Michael, and believe I got the best value and experience possible. the dealership is great with vintage cars displayed in the showroom, and a huge inventory of cars to browse. I also dealt with Caleb and Natalia while working through the process. Like Michael, everyone encountered was friendly and sincere. Thanks Sands for a great job, and the awesome vehicle I get to drive back home to North Idaho. More
