Repeat Customer Chase Gilbert was assisted with my purchase of a 2016 Colorado a year ago on the 13 of March, 2016. I later bought a camper with toy hauler and a quad. Long story short, I bought toys that exceeded the towing capacity of the Colorado so I needed something able to accommodate more. Wound up trading the Colorado for a 2017 Silverado LTZ and love the options it has. Chase understood my situation and took into consideration that I have experience working in the car business so there was no back and forth nonsense. Same thing with Juan in Finance. The understanding was that I know what is important to me and no pushing for up selling necessary. I also have a history with Brian G in service who has also historically taken great care of me. I would recommend this dealer to anybody in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle. They always do what they say they are going to do. More

I had my mind set on how much truck I needed, what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for my trade. Paul Bruney approached us and asked the right question," How can I help you".. I told him and he found 2 vehicles for me to compare and I made my choice. I got a little more truck that I planned to buy, for the price I planned to spend. Paul really seemed happy with his job at Sand's and made us feel good and entertained while shopping. I'm very happy with Paul and his manager ( I don't recall his name) and would recommend them. The only disappoint I have is with the Finance Calab. He seemed to be disappointed when we refused the extended warranty on the vehicle. There were a few things he was saying that could go wrong that seemed ballooned a bit but I still refused. He then stated that he could give us Life Insurance for that loan for $5 added to the monthly payment which we refused. He the offered it to us for $3 then $1 which we refused. He said not even $1? I said no but if you could go from 5 to $1 I’ll take it for free. He said he had a quota to keep every month and that he had room for play and said he would do it for free. The next day after looking over the contract again I noticed a $501.85 charge for Life Insurance. My mistake for not seeing that before I signed but thats not free. My wife also read over the Life policy eligibility requirements and found we may not even be eligible. The finance should ask some questions before selling a policy. I called that day and talked to Calab and after some discussion he offered to take it off but I would have to sign a new contract, which is what we did. We don’t live close so that was inconvenient.. I still gave 5 stars because I really feel the sales team did a good job making me happy. More

Andrew Pennington I decided to go to Sands Chevrolet Surprise because they were advertising the best deals on the internet, I called ahead of time to speak with someone I decided to go to Sands Chevrolet Surprise because they were advertising the best deals on the internet, I called ahead of time to speak with someone about the type of truck that I wanted, Andrew Pennington answered the phone and we spoke about what I was interested in looking at. I then decided to drive out there and see him and see what trucks they had to offer me, I drove past 2 chevy dealerships to Surprise, after meeting Andrew in person he was very polite an knowledgeable about all the vehicles that they had on there lot, he treated me with respect and tried very hard to find exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. We test drove 3 different trucks before I decided to buy the new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado Double Cab. Andrew is a very good guy and very pleasant, I will buy my next vehicle from him if he is still working here in the valley. John M. More

Service for car on Wednesday March 8th Came in for an oil change and to have a turn signal bulb and a headlight bulb changed. Ken Ashby helped us and was very friendly. He explained that I Came in for an oil change and to have a turn signal bulb and a headlight bulb changed. Ken Ashby helped us and was very friendly. He explained that I needed some brake work that needed to be done soon. He advised us we could go across the street to get something to eat and go to Walmart so as to make the wait better. We did that and when we got back the car was done and ready within a few minutes of our return. Everyone we had contact with was very nice and helpful. More
