I was given a car and a mo My previous experience at a dealership was not a very positive one. I was given a runaround with a salesman at Peoria Ford. I was given a car and a monthly payment only to be called be days later informing me to come in and sign papers at a higher monthly payment. That car later got totaled and it was time for a new car. With a weary mind, I went into Sands Chevy looking for a truck. I was very hesitant about trusting the dealership. I was very upfront and honest with Andrew about my thoughts. He did an amazing job of just being honest and giving me a great feeling of comfort. I never got the impression that Andrew was looking to sell me a car because it would benefit him. I only got the feeling that Andrew wanted me in the right car for me. I can't express how refreshing that was. He even worked with me when my gap insurance hadn't finished processed on my previous vehicle and worked with me on working out the deal so I would still get my truck. Andrew's soul focus is providing customers with quality vehicles. If everyone did their business the way Andrew did, then the world would honestly be a better place. Thanks, Andrew, for everything you've done to help me get the truck of my dreams. More
Breake serivice I had great service, however, when I picked up my vehicle after having the brakes services, I found that they felt worse then when I brought it in. They were real spongy and I had to push the pedal to the floor in order to stop. Called my service rep and had to bring it back the next day. Just feel someone should have drove the car and paid attention to make sure the repair that was just completed for completed properly. I could have been in an accident. More
Jean Jajou is the greatest! Jean Jajou is so awesome. Came in a few days before Christmas with an issue and ended up finding out we had not purchased the extended warranty for o Jean Jajou is so awesome. Came in a few days before Christmas with an issue and ended up finding out we had not purchased the extended warranty for one of our vehicles. She worked out a fabulous deal on it, and we walked out with an extended warranty and peace of mind. Turns out the very next day that car has a major issue and we brought it in and it was covered, Had us in a loaner car fast and car fixed the next day. Turns out though, that a few days later, we are back for the same car, same issue. She got us another loaner car, had the issue corrected and was fixed by mid day the next day. The very next day, our other vehicle came in for the issue it had a week before. She again, got us in a loaner car, all was covered under warranty, and vehicle was done by end of day. Jean is so sweet. It is obvious she really cares and understands, as well as wants the best for the customer. She has proven she will go out of her way to make your service experience a great one. Jean, you're the best!!! Thanks for all you did for us . After seeing her so may times in less than a week for both cars, we feel like she is our family now!!! More
Please be careful I have been going to this dealership for almost three years. I have done every service upgrade to my car they have asked me too. I have done all of my warranty specific items required and always gone to Surprise Sands Chevy for this work. My car is a 2011 Camaro with 60,000 miles and in pristine shape. I love this car. I have had a slew of items happen in the last two years: My top had to be replaced because faulty, my oil pump went out and my transmission went out. Lots of things for a car that is not that old. I have always been nice and fair when these items occurred because they took care of the issues quickly and correctly. But....my car just started to knock and obviously something wrong with the car, again. I take it in thinking no problem they'll fix it since under power train warranty still. Wrong. GM has stated they won't fix my car because a "code" is coming up and I have added after market tuning. Incorrect. Nothing on my car is added. Nothing. This code is based on me getting new bigger tires and them tuning after that. Nothing to do with the issue. Nothing. They just don't want to fix a car that is obviously a lemon. I am so disappointed that they are choosing to do this. I can't believe they are finding an excuse to not fix my car that obviously has had so many issues in the past. GM is to blame but I also understand the dealership puts in heavy input. Please don't go to this dealership, the whole experience has been lacking. No call backs, no communication and most of all - I have felt like since a lady not being taken seriously. Really not a good place to be. More
Best car buying experience My husband and I decided to buy a new car on Friday as I was boarding a flight home (so no real planning prior), I got on the USAA car buying app and My husband and I decided to buy a new car on Friday as I was boarding a flight home (so no real planning prior), I got on the USAA car buying app and started researching 2 vehicles that were on my radar. By time I landed 56 minutes later, I had several voice mails, text messages and emails. Doug from Sands called at just the perfect time and we had a very nice chat, it was that chat that made me decide to go look at cars at that dealership. Although Doug was busy when we finally made it in, he referred us to Blair. I was fully intending to just "test drive" the 2 vehicles I was interested in but the ease of working with Blair made our decision to buy that day extremely easy. Since we already had the approved auto loan from USAA, doing all the paperwork was a breeze. Although the exact vehicle that was on my #1 list wasn't available Blair located my #2 at the other Sands lot and since we weren't picking up the new and dropping off the old until the following day, it all worked out perfectly. We walked away from this dealership extremely satisfied that we got a great deal while not being pressured into anything and their knowledge that our time was valuable. More

From Rick (Elvis) our salesman to the ones who approve the deals and help negotiate josh and Shaun down to the person who did our financing jojo the customer service and kindness never stopped!! We are beyond thankful for how easy these guys made this what can be a scary process so simple and stress free! We would definitely make the drive every time we are ready to make the leap and get a new car!! They make it well worth it!! More

Amazing Service Department I am from California and was visiting family in Surprise, AZ for the holidays. The day I was to travel back to California my Chevy Tahoe would not st I am from California and was visiting family in Surprise, AZ for the holidays. The day I was to travel back to California my Chevy Tahoe would not start due to a bad alternator and battery. I called Sands service department at 7:00am and spoke with Jean about my issue and my desire to be back in California that day. She assured me that they would have me out and on the road by the end of the day. They delivered my vehicle to me repaired and washed by 2:00pm. Jean was amazing! Ask for her if you choose this service department to repair your vehicle. More
Power Window repair I recently lost the use of the passenger side window of my Silverado. When arriving at Sands I was met by Bryan Gendrich. After explaining the situa I recently lost the use of the passenger side window of my Silverado. When arriving at Sands I was met by Bryan Gendrich. After explaining the situation to him, he indicated what the problem might be but that it would be taken in for a thorough inspection to determine the issue. He explained the diagnostic fee would be waived if I decided to let Sands fix it and he told me he would advise me of the cost prior to any work being done for my approval. He called me later that day and explained the issue and the cost, which was lower than I was expecting. I gave the approval and the work was done by the morning of the next day. I have had work done at this dealership in the past and have always been happy with the results. More
