Broken Trust I was told by my salesman (Robert Donlevy) that i was lucky, and that i would be getting full value for my trade and noting would be carried over to m I was told by my salesman (Robert Donlevy) that i was lucky, and that i would be getting full value for my trade and noting would be carried over to my new loan but when I looked over my contact that I found that $3000. had been carried over to my new loan. When I called the dealership the finance guy (Josh) simply said my trade was not worth it. I felt the finance guy strong armed me to take the additional coverage on the truck even after i said i didn't want it. I went to Sands Chevrolet through my work discount program and thought i could trust the staff i was to deal with. I had been pre-qualified for my loan with my credit union but still Sands Chevrolet insisted on running my credit again and sending applications to other banks looking for a better interest rate. My credit union had given me 4% interest. When I texted my salesman he said if something had changed from his desk to finance i should come in and address the issue with him but after speaking to the finance guy (Josh) I don't believe meeting with him would make any difference at all. My new truck was not detailed very well at all, the tint on the drivers side window has some debris stuck inside it, and some of the plugs in the liner are missing. My salesman was nice, helpful, and friendly, and he has offered for me to come in and he will take care of those issues. I did appreciate the quick service that had me in and out with my new truck in 3 hours. I take responsibility for not reviewing my contract closer while still at the dealership but again I mistakenly thought i could trust Sands Chevrolet. I'm not sure I'll ever buy another vehicle at Sands Chevrolet. More

On time. Well taked care of Had two recalls. The first one I waited until the parts arrived before coming in. Repair was quick. The second one was a reprogramming issue. The Comp Had two recalls. Will have to latter. Got the car serviced while there. Ken kept me informed thru the entire time. More
Great understanding of what needed to be done Service writer made it very clear what services needed to be performed as well as what recalls needed to be corrected. Only thing I wish I saw more of Service writer made it very clear what services needed to be performed as well as what recalls needed to be corrected. Only thing I wish I saw more of was an after action type run thru with either the mechanic or service writer showing you what was done on your vehicle. This also provides a last look to ensure nothing was missed during the service. More
