I leased a 2016 Malibu in February and it has been back twice for recalls. This time the parts were not available. Other issues like poorly installed seats, hood trunk release, ODB panel making noise and creeks and rattles in the dashboard. Everything could not be duplicated as usual when you take your car in for service so repairs were not made. I am a long time GM owner and used to the quality issues but was hoping for a better product this time around with all the great reviews Chevy has received. I will continue to use Sands and recommend them when It comes to sales. Their sales team is awesome. More

Convenient service I took my Traverse in for service for my rear light. I came in early on a Saturday and had the shuttle take me home. I know Saturday's are very busy s I took my Traverse in for service for my rear light. I came in early on a Saturday and had the shuttle take me home. I know Saturday's are very busy so expected my car to be there most of the day which wasn't a problem. Matt called and luckily it wasn't anything major. My car was ready by 3:00 p.m. and the shuttle came back to pick me up. All around it was a good experience thanks to the service team. More

This is based on my previous experience buying two other cars from Sands. Sent an internet request for a quote and Blair quickly hit me back with a great deal, told him I had a trade, set up an appointment and the rest is history. My wife and I showed up early, Blair was ready, welcoming, friendly and ready to make a deal. Ended up driving away with a little more than I intended to, but that's not at all a complaint. Blair and the Sands team made my wife and I feel like the most important people on the lot. This was not the typical all day, stressful car buying "game" that has become so prevalent at other dealers. I came, I saw, I bought and it couldn't have been easier, or more enjoyable. I'm definitely a loyal Sands customer. More
