Sands Chevrolet - Surprise

Horrible! Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car isn't that old they told me my alignment was bad. I took it to another dealer after my o Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. My car isn't that old they told me my alignment was bad. I took it to another dealer after my oil change and was told it was ok. The oil change took 2 hours. They left a dirty rag in my cup holder and there was oil all over the interior of my car. They moved my seat adjustments too. After I had left I realized there was no way they rotated my tires because I never gave them the lug unlocking tool they needed to remove my tires. Makes you wonder what else they are messing up. They had someone call me to ask why I missed my appointment a few days later too. I didn't miss any of my appointments ever but every time I go there for service they always call me to ask why I am not going to my appointments. This is my third and last car from Sands Chevrolet in Surprise Arizona! Each of my cars I purchased there has cracked windshields they had to fix. These were brand new cars! The list is a mile long with this place! Very very frustrating and rude people! More

GREAT SERVICE I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT I BROUGHT MY 2015 AWD EQUINOX INTO THE SERVICE CENTER WHERE I HEAR A GRINDING NOISE WHEN I TURNED THE WHEEL. MY SERVICE ADVISOR HENRY SMITH SAID THAT HE WOULD CALL ME WHEN HE FOUND OUT WHAT THE MATTER WAS IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE DIFFERENIAL OIL WAS BURNT. THEY REPLACED THE DIFFERENTIAL IN A FEW DAYS AND I WAS ON MY WAY AGAIN. I HAVE HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EXCEPT ONE TIME WHEN I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET HENRY SMITH AS MY SERVICE ADVISOR. HE HAS ALWAYS TREATED ME FAIRLY. I travel over 30 minutes because its worth it I have tried other Chevy dealerships closer to me and I am not sure if I am treated differently because I didn't purchase my truck there but its like I have tried other Chevy dealerships closer to me and I am not sure if I am treated differently because I didn't purchase my truck there but its like night and day. First time service for my new truck I bought from you I made an appointment online. When I arrived I wasn't greeted for at least 10 minutes. Then I was asked what I was doing there. I had to call to see if my truck was ready a few hours later. I was told it was. So when I arrived I was just told to sign to papers and gave me my keys. I assumed everything was checked out but yesterday my battery died. I went to courtesy Chevrolet. Much better experience overall. They asked me if I wanted the recall fixed that I thought sands took care of. Well you didn't. I just feel like the overall experience with sands service was very disappointing. More
