Did not live up to their reviews and advertizing. I went to Sand's because they had the vehicle I was looking for and I was impress with the reviews I found online. The discount price was very miss l I went to Sand's because they had the vehicle I was looking for and I was impress with the reviews I found online. The discount price was very miss leading because they add back most of this discount in what they call their "reconditioning" fee at the "tune" of almost 3000 dollars. As I was planning on some traveling, I had the local Toyota dealer do a service inspection and they found several major items that I would of assumed, would of been taken care of in the reconditioning process. I will say Tony and Tom in the sales dept. were very willing to listen to my concerns and had me bring the car back and they took care of several of the items at no charge. At the time of this review, Chris Griffith, assistant sales manager and the Service Manage (lost his name) and Josh Leader, Internet Sales Manager did not have the courtesy to acknowledge my emails and letters addressing my concerns. I did get a response the Internet Sales Manager, Josh after he receive this review explaining the situation from his point of view. He claims the vehicle was sold "as is" and I have the documentation saying otherwise. He did authorize some 260 dollars of work on my return visit. I would not do business with Sand's in the future. More
