Not A Happy Camper Based on my experience I could not recommend this dealer. Reasons: When I made the deal I said I wanted the dash cover removed. The salesman (Thomas Based on my experience I could not recommend this dealer. Reasons: When I made the deal I said I wanted the dash cover removed. The salesman (Thomas Knox) said they would do that. My wife noticed the velcro and asked if it leave a mark on the dash. Thomas said he would make sure the velcro residue was all removed. I also said I wanted the front licence plate bracket removed. He said they would do that also. I made the deal. A few days later (?) someone called and said the car was ready and I said I would pick it up at 10am that day. I arrived, the car was not ready. Not washed, dash cover still on and licence brakes in place. Nothing has been done. The person who was to turn it over (Shaun) said for my trouble they would give me a written note for a free oil change and tank of gas. I arrived to pick up the car a day later. On inspection I told the salesman (Thomas) that the dash cover had not been removed. He said they had removed the cover but could not remove the residue left from the velcro. He said I should take the car to a detail shop, he said they could do it. I was not happy with this and told him he had said Sands would do it, but now he was putting the onus on me to do it. Why didn't they take the car to a detail shop if it was that easy, I asked. Thomas said they would order me a new dash cover, grey in color, to cover the marks. The old one was ugly black. I also told him the front licence bracket had not been removed. He said they could not do it without leaving 'puncture' holes in the front bumper. Why didn't you tell me that before I bought, I asked. I balked and he said the deal was done and the car paid for so I had no choice. My wife was there and witness to the discussion. Finally when he turned the car over to me I noticed there was only one key. Thomas said that was all the previous owner had given them. Again I balked. Thomas was upset by now and showed his displeasure at my questioning the dash cover, licence bracket and now the key, Finally, the sales manager (Josh) came by and I questioned him about the key. He overruled Thomas and had a new key made for us. So overall this was not a very pleasant experience. I am 85 and have bought many cars and this is the worst experience of my life. Josh was the only person there that I had any good feeling about. There was not another person I could believe. ps. So I am still waiting (but not holding my breath) for the note on free oil change, tank of gas and new dash cover. More

Bait and switch Let me start by saying that I am a 17 year military officer making over 130K a year, and have been buying cars from dealerships for close to 20 years. Let me start by saying that I am a 17 year military officer making over 130K a year, and have been buying cars from dealerships for close to 20 years. This is not about the money but more about bad business. Never have I been so badly deceived by a finance department. When I saw my truck at this dealership in August it had just arrived as a trade in. It needed minor body work so I did not take delivery that day. I also had my own financing. After haggling on the price, to which I said I would put 1000 down to get the final amount where I wanted it, the dealership explained that they could beat my banks rate. I agreed, but the finance department could not close the deal that night so we agreed to finish when I picked the truck up. When I returned the finance department asked if I wanted to put money down to get the best rate, to which I replied NO because essentially I was just buying the .5 percent better rate. So we finalized and I signed my documents. Never once did the finance officer mention that he had already included the 1000 dollars that I mentioned to my salesman 4 days earlier, that I said I would use if I went with my own financing. Almost as if he was trying to purposely hide it. Fast forward two weeks later and I get a call from my original salesman saying I owe them 1000 dollars that they forgot to collect when I signed. I said I didnt agree to any money down with the finance officer. Next day the finance officer calls and says I owe the money. I told him that I looked him right in the eye when he asked if I wanted to put money down and said no, to which he replied, "well I was asking if you wanted to put additional money down". I called BS because that is not what he said. I further explained that I did not want their financing if that was the case and he told me I had to pay the money because the loan already financed. This was a huge bait and switch. I would consider myself an avid car buyer, but this was schiestering on a whole new level. My recommendation would be to go across the street to Surprise Toyota, bought two cars their and it was a great experience both times. DONT go to Sands. More
Oil Change Rude Staff, I was greeted by someone who seemed to busy to look at me when I was talking and he was walking around the car. Undisclosed charges at the Rude Staff, I was greeted by someone who seemed to busy to look at me when I was talking and he was walking around the car. Undisclosed charges at the end, I was charged $19 for labor that was never mentioned when I brought my $32 coupon. Did not wash the car as they told me they would and when I called they said I had a cracked windshield. not true and they could have said that when they handed me they let's rather than hoping I didn't noticed. Tom was one of the people I worked with but the first person who talked to us and also took my call was should not be dealing with customers. More

Maintenance Service Ken was great in getting the many items done for my 17 year old Chev Silvarado. It's running good and will probably last me another 17 years.
