Sands Chevrolet - Surprise

Attention to detail I made the appointment for an oil change and 2 recalls a week out. When I brought it in one recall was not completed because the parts were not availa I made the appointment for an oil change and 2 recalls a week out. When I brought it in one recall was not completed because the parts were not available for 3 to 5 days.. Knowing that I was bringing in the car for the recalls a week ahead of time, should not the parts already have been available. Now I am supposed to make an additional trip to the service department to have this corrected. More
