Service department at Sands Chevrolet We went to Sands for our regular Lube, Oil and Filter and Rotate tires. Ken took care of everything and kept us up to date on the service. I had a little problem when I left my purse in the Uber car and went into a panic.... Ken, Heather and Michael all assured me they would take care of it and made me feel like they were really working for me.. As it turned out , I got my purse back in tact and I couldn't thank them enough for everything they did for me. Annual service Service work was done in a good time, but the steering wheel was not centered properly as requested. It was was a few degrees off to the left and wh Service work was done in a good time, but the steering wheel was not centered properly as requested. It was was a few degrees off to the left and when centered, the car would steer to the right. When driving home, I could tell id was the same as before. When driving the next day, my son confirmed that it was the same as before the centering was supposed to have done. More
