Great experience just one issue! Friendly and comfortable!! just wish they were more helpful making customers understanding explaining there options before purchasing vehicle. I was hoping to get gap insurance wasnt sure if went through my insurance or when buying when i asked it was to late ive gone to other dealership they explain to what kind of package your purchasing. Quick, courteous Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I thought it would be a few days until I get my bowtie back but they called me the next day and told Took my truck in to get 3 recalls taken care of. I thought it would be a few days until I get my bowtie back but they called me the next day and told me to come pick it up. They did have to order parts for one recall. I was never offered a loner which was a little disappointing. Overall my experience was good and was the deciding factor in purchasing my extended warranty through Sands. The only reason I chose a 4-star rating and not a five-star was because I was never offered a loner. More
