The windshield had one chip in it and they replaced the whole thing for me without hesatation. The tint also had a few scratches and dings in it and they made me an appointment to get that fixed as well. I am Active Duty Military and Sands Chevrolet is a great supporter of our troops and they show it. LaDarel turned me over to finance once the deal was made. I then worked with Will Johnson who made sure that I got best APR along with setting me up with GAP insurance and a vehicle warranty. Needless to say I am very happy with my experience at Sands Chevrolet and would defiantly recommend them in the future. More

Stereotypical Sleazy Experience I'm 50 yrs old, purchased approx 14 cars from dealerships in my lifetime, good credit. That said, I felt like I was at a sub prime used auto dealer th I'm 50 yrs old, purchased approx 14 cars from dealerships in my lifetime, good credit. That said, I felt like I was at a sub prime used auto dealer that's a "buy here, pay here" kind of place. Every time I went in, I was told a different story about the car I was looking for. Once I agreed on the car I bought and ran numbers with my sales guy, and agreed with him, sales manager came to me with a completely new set of higher numbers. After back and forth with him, he acted like he did me a favor in agreeing with what I already agreed to. Post purchase communication is horrible. Had to come back because they couldn't get me the interest rate they thought. Of course couldn't tell me that over the phone. Had to play cat and mouse when asking why they needed me to come back in and sign new docs. "They have a couple options for me". Those were more money down and/or higher payment. I told hem I'd like to get my car back and leave them with the car I purchased. All of a sudden, it was like a miracle. They were able to lower the price of the car a little more and buy down the interest rate so that my payment didn't change. Why not do that to begin with?? Overall experience just wasn't good. Sales guy couldn't remember my name. His boss seemed like an ego kind of guy. Just not a good experience. I really wanted to support a local dealership as I live in the area. Wouldn't do it again. Wouldn't recommend anyone else either. More

1st car purchase and most likely not our last! We visited Sands Chevrolet originally on a Friday evening around 7:45 pm, not realizing that they closed at 8:00 pm. The sales person, Eric Steffes, We visited Sands Chevrolet originally on a Friday evening around 7:45 pm, not realizing that they closed at 8:00 pm. The sales person, Eric Steffes, and finance manager were fantastic from the start! They didn't even hint that they were closing or needed to leave. Once we realized the closing time and shared with both that we were just wanting to get basic information on a vehicle they were still extremely helpful, although quite convincing to return the following morning. We did shop around to a few other dealerships as we hadn't decided 100% which vehicle we wanted. But we returned. Once we spoke to Eric a little more we were convinced that the Colorado Z71 we were considering was the best match for our needs. We have bought quite a few vehicles over the years and can safely and confidently say that without a doubt this dealership, Eric and all the individuals we dealt with made the whole process very fun and we were so very glad that we stopped in on that Friday night RIGHT before closing time! Definitely would recommend Sands in Surprise, Eric and his great team! A very enthusiastic A+++ for customer service, friendliness, prices and just overall experience! More
