My car was returned in immaculate condition. Chevy offered me a complementary full detail at my 1 year anniversary. Saturday service on our Corvette We visiting Del Webb Festival near Surprise on a Saturday, in anticipation of moving there from Oklahoma when we discovered we could not get the fuel We visiting Del Webb Festival near Surprise on a Saturday, in anticipation of moving there from Oklahoma when we discovered we could not get the fuel door open on our Corvette. We called Sands Chevrolet and Bryan the service rep told us to bring it right in and he would work us in to the schedule. Upon arrival, he met us and offered complimentary transportation to a nearby restaurant for us. Bryan has outstanding customer service skills. The technician found the problem and had us ready to go in about 3 hours on a very busy Saturday! Everyone we met at Sands Chevrolet were courteous, motivated and focused on providing top notch customer service. We will be having all our future service done at Sands, after we move to AZ.
