When I called and explained what I was bringing my car in for (rotating tires, oil change, and, most importantly, driver's side view mirror broken), I would have appreciated being told that the side view mir for (rotating tires, oil change, and, most importantly, driver's side view mirror broken), I would have appreciated being told that the side view mirror was not in stock and needed to be ordered. I could have had the tires rotated and oil changed at any time. Instead, I had to bring the car in twice. More
