Update. I called back because the radio that was fixed by just wiggling wires is now worse. It goes in and out and now the satellite radio and bluetooth go in and out now too. Only the AM/FM wasn't working before I took the jeep there. When I called I was transferred to Ray and was hung up on when describing my problem. Terrible company.
