The gentleman who helped me - with a dog on his desk - was so extremely rude to a customer who came in seeking help with his new purchase. The staff member belittled, dismissed and gaslit the customer, th was so extremely rude to a customer who came in seeking help with his new purchase. The staff member belittled, dismissed and gaslit the customer, then shockingly proceeded to talk xxxx about this customer to other staff members. For 20 mins. It was appalling. Toyota can do better. It's really sad to me that my key for my Prius cost me $650. I understand that that's what it cost and I just have to cough up the money..... I truly hate having to do anything around car maintenance. That being said, I have never had an experience at this dealership that was less than perfect.
