I explain We were on the first couple days of our two week vacation and in desperate need of repairs. The hub bearing had gone bad on my SRX Cadillac. I explained to Art, (the service manager) that we had a schedule and reservations to keep, he worked us in on that same morning and then had our repairs done in a matter of a couple of hours. They even shuttled us free of charge to a shopping mall about 15 miles away and then returned to pick us up after repairs were completed, and I will say at a very reasonable price. They even washed our car as a bonus perk for us at no cost. To top it all off they gave us a senior discount. This has to be the best service department anywhere. Thank you so much to Art and the rest of the service crew, you did a fantastic job and you all were extremely courteous and friendly. You saved us and we were able to make it to Galveston Island for our much needed stay on the beach. So very grateful that there are still people like this out there to help and assist those in trouble with kindness and expertise. Steve and Cathy Kemper More

not truthful Ben and Joe made promises then said it's not in writing so tough luck! bought or so I thought a new truck on line from Ben McFarland after two or thre Ben and Joe made promises then said it's not in writing so tough luck! bought or so I thought a new truck on line from Ben McFarland after two or three emails a quote was send which we verbally accepted and within an hour sent a wire transfer to Sapaugh account for the QUOTED amount which they received. spoke to them by phone while making the transfer to be sure EVERYTHING was ok. emailed the conformation from the bank to Sapaugh and booked a one way airplane ticket for the next day to get the truck. some 6 hours later received a call saying they didn't have the truck and was already sold. YEA RIGHT sold to someone else for more money! Now it gets better. Joe Clemens and I talk that evening, where he AGREES to make this right and find me a similar truck at the same deal. today I am told it's $5,000.00 more for same equipped unit!!! OH BTW they still have the wire transfer going on a week of almost $60,000.00 and I am out the $425 plane ticket. it's pretty simple to do the right thing on this deal! they chose not to!! More

It was not showing my left rear tire pressure, thought they could reset the sensor but took it in to find out needed a new sensor part. They fixed it as it was under warranty. Took it in a month and a half later for oil change and because same light came back on (just a week after being replaced) and I was told that my warranty was up and had to pay $150+ tax for new sensor. I said the sensor they put in must be bad because it was saying again that it was rear tire on driver side. I got some long story about how it was a different sensor this time and I had to pay for it. Whatever. I paid for it and it was $162 that I was not expecting to have to pay out. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from here and I really like the Acadia's but on the fence about going back because I seem to always have an issue with the warranty somewhere no matter if I buy extended or not. However, everyone here is really nice, I do really like Sapaugh but have a few times felt a little taken advantage of. May shop around in a year or two when it is time for another upgrade. More

In and Out with a Perfect Deal! First off, this was my first time ever visiting a dealership and so I didn't know what to expect, but I charged right in and met with Mike Indelicato First off, this was my first time ever visiting a dealership and so I didn't know what to expect, but I charged right in and met with Mike Indelicato in their internet sales department after setting up a meeting over their quick and easy website and I was greeted with one of the best salesmen to date! He had my car I wanted ready and took me through all the steps as easy and painless as possible and got me ready to go and off the lot same day, making sure I was all set and that everything was accommodated all the while being very friendly and very professional. They set me up with a fantastic deal and even went and made it even better before it was all over by lowering the price and working perfectly with my budget! I have to admit, the guy really blew me away! All-in-all, the experience was rich and the dealership was fantastic and now I'm driving with my new car and I absolutely love it! More

As you can imagine I was very disgruntled with there service after I had the clutch replaced. Upon reading my bad review Mr. Joe Clemens, the general manger of service contacted me and asked me if I could come in and talk with him about my review. After our talk he felt bad about having a disgruntled customer, we came to a resolution that was beneficial to both of us. I am happy to say I will continue doing business with Sapaugh Motors. More

The staff, the excellent trade in value and purchase price of the new vehicle by far out way the long drive. Steve Ermer has been our sales representative from day one. He has also helped my dad get a great truck. Looking forward to what they have in store for us in 3 years when we are ready to trade this new truck in. Thanks Steve and Sapaugh Chevy More

While we always had "family" cars, my Impala was the first car that I picked for me. After looking at several vehicles, none felt right. I absolutely did not want white nor black. Mike listened to what I specifically wanted and within a few days found my new car. It fits me perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I'm now the proud owner of "little blue ". When I couldn't get my garage door opener to work, Mike was here within an hour and connected my car. His attention to detail was superb and I look forward to dealing with him and Sapaugh in the future. More
