Good but, not great. I have never gotten my car back from the service dept clean. I never asked and it was never done. I decided to ask why it always came back dirty an I have never gotten my car back from the service dept clean. I never asked and it was never done. I decided to ask why it always came back dirty and was told "honestly, I don't know." OK. Fair enough. Honesty is always good. So this time I asked them to please clean it before releasing the car back to me; especially since Covid 19 is such a concern... not detail it but, just wash and vacuum it. The outside was washed and the front driver and passenger area was wiped clean and vacuumed but, the windows weren't washed and the back of the car wasn't vacuumed. It's very disappointing that a luxury car dealership doesn't, as part of their protocol, return a clean car to a customer after service has been performed and only half cleaned when asked to do so. Considering buying a Mercedes next time. I hear they have it together. In deference to the service professionals I have personally dealt with there...they are always pleasant and cordial. More
