This was the worst communication in the service department I have ever had. No call backs. No information. Constant ten-minute hold times and then when someone got on the phone they said all of the department I have ever had. No call backs. No information. Constant ten-minute hold times and then when someone got on the phone they said all of the service technicians were busy now and they would call me back to let me know if the car was ready. No one did. It took 12 calls to finally have someone advise me the car was ready. When I picked up the car no one said a word other than the receptionist to say the car was outside but not tell me where it was. I eventually found it and left. Again, worst experience with a service department I ever had. More
