I have a 2021 Cadillac Escalade with 3700 miles on it. This past Wednesday I started the truck to find out that it would not even hold an idle and almost died on my driveway. Even though the service advisor told me that they had no one to pick up the truck he went ABOVE and Beyond to get it to the shop and took care of the problem and Joe got my truck back to me the same DAY!!!! Joe called me that morning numerous times as he was trying to figure out how he could get the truck to the dealership and he made it work!!!
