My appt was at 9:00 AM. I made the appointment about 1.5 weeks ago. I left there at 1:00 PM. When I arrived I was told they were running late but I think you will agree a four hour wait was ridiculous. A weeks ago. I left there at 1:00 PM. At 11:30 I asked how much longer I would have to wait and the girl said they were still working on my car and I informed her that my car was still sitting in the parking lot. She thought perhaps there was someone there with the same last name as mine. In addition there were two people that came in after me and left one hour before me. I’m hoping this is my first and last time to experience this. More
Dealer did not bill what he stated. He stated the remote battery is covered. Then he charged for this. I have a tire protection plan. He said tire rotation will not be covered any more. Summary: It is not the same Cadillac service standard what we are getting on our current lease, what we got during our previous leases - the reasons we like Cadillac. More
