Transmission service - quick action by Service Department The other day I was on my way to work when the Service Transmission light came on and my transmission went into limp mode. I went to Savage 61 (where The other day I was on my way to work when the Service Transmission light came on and my transmission went into limp mode. I went to Savage 61 (where I purchase the vehicle) to have them look at my Jeep. I went to the service desk and told John Pietrowski my problem I was having. He was very busy but he dropped everything and went to check why the CHECK ENGINE light was on. He determined it had something to do with the trans control module. He was able to get me in quickly and the problem was resolved. My Jeep is back on the road without any problems. John and the Service Dept performed very well. I am a very satisfied customer. I've purchased many vehicles from Savage 61 and the service after the purchase has always been great. I highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.
