As soon as we arrived at the lot and began admiring the Black ROUSH parked outside, Chris, the ROUSH specialist, appeared in front of us and began answering all our questions and also provided any info on the car he felt was pertinent. The purchase process was very straight forward and explained in detail, and Sayville Ford also took care of contacting my insurance company and got my coverage in place the next day, along with temp plates, since I live out of state, along with paying the state sales tax for NJ. The day I picked up my new car, everyone at Sayville Ford made me feel like a celebrity for a day. The service department was also top notch. I brought the car back to them with tire pressure issues, and they took my car right in, checked it out, and assured me everything was good to go. After adding the correct amount of air to the tire in question, it has been fine. More
