THE WORST I live in Sayville and went to Sayville Ford last Friday in order to look for a used Ford vehicle. After working with a sales agent for over 7 seven h I live in Sayville and went to Sayville Ford last Friday in order to look for a used Ford vehicle. After working with a sales agent for over 7 seven hours and providing a bank check of 17K, I was given a handshake and told to come back within “a couple of hours” to pick up the vehicle. After leaving the dealership I received a series of phone calls indicating major problems with the vehicle they had not noticed during the time the vehicle was in their lot. I had been assured a pre inspection had been done and the vehicle was ready to go. Since Friday I have not received a single phone call from Sayville Ford in spite of the fact that I phoned requesting one. I am now contacting the regional office. I am grateful for the “Lemon Law.” More
