Paul was able to show me a few cars in my price range and once I chose the car, the process was fast and easy. Tom was very through explaining my warrantee options and made me feel comfortable with my choice while working with me with some of my missing paperwork issues. He was also helpful scheduling a service appointment for me, as once I got my car home I noticed there were a few things that needed some additional attention (reason for 4 stars, not the service). He structured a deal that I could afford, and the finance manager saw to it that I had the good warranty I wanted. I have since driven the new car home and, at 23 miles on the odometer, I'm very happy! More
