Best Dealership. Period. We came in to get an idea of where we would land with trading in our 2011 f150 for a new model. We met with Bob Pollizatto. We instantly knew that We came in to get an idea of where we would land with trading in our 2011 f150 for a new model. We met with Bob Pollizatto. We instantly knew that Bob was a good guy. He was straight forward with every aspect of the process of appraisal, Next when we were finding a new truck he was straight forward about the truck, its options, capabilities, and even his personal experience - he owns one too! When we had to negotiate - WE DID'NT. I would say we had a discussion, almost like long time friends over a cup of coffee. We did not have to go store to store like in the old days. He blew us away from the get go and we left with our truck the same day. We met with Tom Lumley at the closing of the process and we were pleased with his professionalism and no pressure sales - once again.. more of a discussion. Good People. More
