IT'S AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3. I originally made an appointment for a Saturday morning requesting to see a female salesperson, but had to cancel and the appointment because hey, lif I originally made an appointment for a Saturday morning requesting to see a female salesperson, but had to cancel and the appointment because hey, life happens. I called Nique in the BBC department and with no hesitation she reschedule my appointment for 30 min later that evening. When I walked into the showroom, I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and to my surprise did not feel like I was in a room of vultures looking for their next prey. I was directed to Paul Su who was as friendly as can be. He asked me questions as to what I was looking for, price range, features, etc... After listening, we were off to test drive. He took his time to explain the features, crash ratings, and was so attentive (he made me feel as if I were interested in test driving every car on the lot, that he would allow me to do so). I finally made a decision and off to finance he went. There was no pressure to have my credit report looked at or to even get into a car. He looked for a quote for everything I was asking for. First time ever i was ever given a quote and it be right on target. I met with Steve in finance and felt just as comfortable with him. He was funny, and took his time to explain what I was signing and just an over all joy. Obviously I purchased the car and am just as happy with my new truck just as Paul said I would be. I would refer anyone looking to get into a new vehicle to visit SAYVILLE FORD. They don't play the back and forth games they definitely don't hide fees like Atlantic. You want to be treated like family, people who are honest, and like a valued customer? SAYVILLE FORD is where you should go. From sales, finance, and service, I'll only be dealing with the from now on. More

2015 Ford Escape purchase My experience with Sayville Ford was absolutely amazing. I went looking for an SUV since I live on long island and that’s basically the only type of c My experience with Sayville Ford was absolutely amazing. I went looking for an SUV since I live on long island and that’s basically the only type of car which can get me through these harsh, snow-filled winters. I wanted good gas mileage (obviously nothing would be tremendous being that I was looking for an SUV) and I immediately became interested with the Ford Escapes. I had looked at and test drove 3 cars at Levittown Ford however each of the cars had something wrong with the engine and I was blatantly lied to about these issues (obviously they were taking advantage of a 21-year-old girl who they assumed had no idea about cars). I overlooked these lies assuming that most car dealers fibbed here and there because no used car was perfect. However, when I was ready to purchase a car, they tried to charge me over $800 in dealer fees. I have never heard of something so absurd therefore I immediately declined the deal and left. I arrived at Sayville ford to look at two vehicles and instantaneously I was reading signs labeled “this is a no fee dealer” and already I was relieved. Granted the cars at sayville were slightly more expensive but you absolutely get what you pay for. I test drove 2 cars which I was in love with and the salesman, Charlie Sears, was completely honest with me. He told me the pros and cons of buying each car because he could tell that I was torn. I wanted a white car and one of the two cars was white but it had a ton of scratches in the back on a plastic gray piece (if you look up this car, you will see what i mean). I told Charlie that this bothered me but that I was on a tight budget and could not afford to get it fixed right then and there. However I ended up choosing the white car and figuring that I would eventually get it fixed later on when I had some extra money... I arrived that week to pick up my car - not only were the staff there extremely kind and helpful, but Charlie made sure that the scratches were touched up with some paint so that I would feel better and the entire car was emaculate. He also dedicated 30 minutes out of his day to show me how to work all of the features in my car. This, to me, shows the type of dealer that sayville ford is. Yes, the cars are a little more expensive than I would’ve liked to have paid but after all they’re a business trying to make money and I was absolutely amazed with the genuine service which I experienced at this dealership. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a Ford... outstanding! More
