Recall item Steering wheel bolt replacement I stopped by Sayville Ford as my 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall item for a replacement bolt for the steering wheel. I was met within 30 seconds by Dian I stopped by Sayville Ford as my 2018 Ford Fusion had a recall item for a replacement bolt for the steering wheel. I was met within 30 seconds by Diana Mentesana Assistant Service Manager. Diana immediately looked up the VIN number on the car, told me they had the part, and do I have 20 minutes, can I wait to have the bolt replaced? I said yes. In 15 minutes, Diana came to the waiting room and told me the work is finished and you'll have your car in 5 minutes, we are washing it for you!!! Great service, and Diana was terrific . Throughout the whole purchase of our new vehicle it absolutely was amazing from the sales person to the finance department. It was all made very simple for us to move forward with the purchase . They were very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable . We have shopped there a few times and will continue to keep coming back. Any questions that we had were answered honestly and quickly and there was no room for confusion. The show room always makes a great impression from the cleanliness to the way that the staff dresses and presents themselves, and immediately greets from the door. There is no hesitation in me telling anybody else my experience and where they should go to purchase the next vehicle. Some people have hesitation on car salesman in trusting their word but I must say what we were told is what we received. We are very satisfied throughout this whole process from beginning to finish and have received a conclusion call to make sure that we were happy and asked if there was anything else that they can help us with. Looking for a new truck I made an appointment to meet at the dealership on March 19, 2018. I was introduced to a sales person named Rose La Pierre. She was very personable ri I made an appointment to meet at the dealership on March 19, 2018. I was introduced to a sales person named Rose La Pierre. She was very personable right from the start. We went through the basic questions on truck model and trim, lease or purchase, etc. I told her I wanted to see the selection of trucks and I was going to lease. We spent the next 45 minutes looking at many different trucks. I was having a difficult time deciding on which one to select, trim and color. Rose was very patient, going back and forth with me to look at several of the trucks, sit in them, look some more and I finally had one in my mind. She suggested we take it for a ride. She explained all of the technological parts of the truck, which was very helpful to a non techy like me. We went over all of the options and controls. I liked the smooth ride and the lease was in the right price range for me and we signed the deal. I thank Rose for her professional and courteous manner, sensible salesmanship and very open personality. Hope to see you again for the next one when this lease ends. More
