Amazing! Marianna and Paul were absolutely amazing! I had been in contact with Marianna for almost this entire calender year. She absolutely made me feel comfortable during my process and was very precise in answering all of my questions. She took into consideration my check list for the type of vehicle i would like to purchase. After "ping ponging" different vehicles, she finally found the vehicle of my dreams! I am absolutely in love with my new Chevrolet Traverse! She called me Thursday morning with good news about finding a vehicle and by the afternoon I was taking delivery! Paul was extremely fair in price and I would use them again in a heartbeat! Tom Lumley the finance manager was absolutely amazing as well. He was very thorough in the box and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy this car! I would recommend them to everyone! Thank you everyone at Sayville Ford! More

Ashamed When I agreed to purchase my Ford, I had 3 expectation, I.e., drive a clean & safe car, have my questions answered before handing over my check, and When I agreed to purchase my Ford, I had 3 expectation, I.e., drive a clean & safe car, have my questions answered before handing over my check, and treated with respect. I ended up feeling ashamed with myself that I purchased a car that was filthy and bringing a check before my questions were answered. My sales person told me with a smile that she would get back to me with answers, and the manager told me that I would say one thing in front of others and say another when it was just he and I. I didn't expect to be made to feel like I was a 2nd class buyer. I made it clear that I was there to buy a car with a bank check but just needed answers. I left wondering if I was treated as I was for being a minority and buying a used car. This is the 6th Ford my family has owned but the first 5 were new and from different dealers. I do not understand why I had to drive off with a car that was not vacuumed, full of trash left in the doors, sticky cup holders and overall unclean. JP Singh was the only one who took the time to answer my questions respectfully but there was nothing he could do about the condition of my car. More
