Enjoyable experience I'm not sure if anyone can ever say they are happy when they shop for a new vehicle and dealing with all the different dealerships and salesman. I for one can say it's usually an experience that ends up one way or another not being the most pleasant. That being said, Saville Ford and Bob Pollizatto have completely changed my mind on that. From beginning to end, the process to leasing my new 2017 Ford Explorer was great. I had never leased a vehicle before and had many questions, but Bob was very patient, extremely helpful and willing to answer all our questions and never once did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. In the end I am very pleased with the deal we made on our vehicle. Theread are no hidden fees, or misleading charges in the final paper work like some of the other local dealers try to hide and scam.
