Love my new Ford Explorer I just want to let anyone else who is interested in buying a car that they should definitely go to Sayville Ford. My co-worker had a wonderful experi I just want to let anyone else who is interested in buying a car that they should definitely go to Sayville Ford. My co-worker had a wonderful experience there so I decided to go and see for myself. I wasn't disappointed. There were no annoying salesmen the environment was very relaxing. My salesman, Rob, was the best. He was just what I needed since I have not had a new car in a very long time and made the whole process great. He was honest, knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Everyone there was very professional but yet down to earth which is what I think people would want in a car dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership and most definitely Rob Tarnowski, our salesmen. I love my new Ford Explorer and I'm confident that we are in capable hands. More

my new used explorer I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer from a family member and noticed during a oil change that my transfer case was leaking . I took it to Sayville Fo I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer from a family member and noticed during a oil change that my transfer case was leaking . I took it to Sayville Ford who I used in the past for my 1999 Expedition years ago and treated me fair. When I showed up at the dealer I did not have a appointment but I was greeted by Dimitri. Dimitri took me in and checked out my vehicle and informed me that it was a covered part under the warranty. He had my vehicle repaired that day which I was surprised. I thought I would be waiting a couple of days for this repair. During the whole process Dimitri kept me informed with the progress of my repair He also offered to have me taken home if I didn't want to wait. I must say it was a pleasure dealing with him not once did he try to sell me anything while I waited for my repair. Because the way I was treated I will always use this dealer for my service. More
