The Good: Overall a decent experience with this dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care dealership, Chris is a no pressure salesman and a pleasure to deal with. I had one issue with some stored DTC's and the service department took care of it while I waited. The not so good: Being totally honest here, tire pressures were not properly set, Spare tire was at 20psi (should be 60psi). I added over a 1/2 gallon of w/w fluid. I'm not really sure when the last oil change was done. I'm sorry to be picky but I have high standards and whenever I work on a customers car I treat it as if it was my own and that's what I expect of a shop. As I said before overall a good experience dealing with Saville Ford. More

Not happy with the sale. Truck was not washed, finance added things that were not needed and did not want, gps we have our own gps system with cameras, once a month car wash Truck was not washed, finance added things that were not needed and did not want, gps we have our own gps system with cameras, once a month car wash , our vehicles are cleaned at least 2x a week for our brand, glass etching is a joke, windshield gets changed once a year before inspection do to cracks that happen all the time, extended warranty didn’t want was told our interest rate was 9.9 would go up to 13% if we removed it so basically I was getting screwed one way or the other. Sorry but this will probably be the last truck we purchased from you. Also 2 weeks ago tried setting up mobile set for our trucks it went to voicemail and did not get a call back until I said something during the sale. I will switching back to Newins More

I know a lot of people don’t enjoy dealing with dealerships, but Vincent was a pleasure to work with and never pressured me at all. He didn’t push me toward any specific vehicle and just let me look and decide for myself, which I really appreciated. I ended up trading in my GMC and buying an F-150, and the whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Vincent if you’re looking for a vehicle. More
