Bob kept in contact with me and finally I was able to order what I wanted when Ford gave the okay to order in May. I ordered right away and the wait began for delivery. When it was delivered it was a week ahead of delivery and I couldn't be happier. Tom arranged great financing and Bob was great on the delivery of the vehicle with his knowledge of it even though it was the first for him too. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would recommend this product and this dealership to everyone. Bob and Tom are great to work with and I am very happy with this deal. More
