Service was superior and one of my best car buying experience. Ryan was a no pressure salesman and made the experience pleasurable. Thinking back on my transaction I am disappointed. I went there with a Pre-approval from Capital One for my loan - It was sent directly to the dealer. I never heard from anyone in finance before pic I went there with a Pre-approval from Capital One for my loan - It was sent directly to the dealer. I never heard from anyone in finance before picking up the car. As it turns out they were going to finance me with Capital One for 4% more of what my pre-approval was for. When I called Capital One about this I was told that the dealership initiated the transaction for more than $3,000 what I was paying for the car! I am very disappointed in the way I was treated. I specifically requested that my credit not be run with many banks, so as not to affect my credit score. So far I have found out that my credit was run with at least 5 different banks. Deceptive practices, so I will not be returning. More
