Great dealership! Worth the 750+ mile trip. Have had extremely good experiences with Schaller for at least 25 years. This relates to the purchase or lease of new Acura's when we lived in CT and now residing in North Carolina. Their management/sales team as well as their service staff (when we lived in CT) were, and still are, exceptional. This is the second Acura that we've leased since moving to NC (in 2007) and we'll be going back in the Spring for another replacement vehicle. The quality of their attentiveness to detail, courtesy, and friendliness, in our opinion cannot be matched. Probably the biggest factor in our continuing to make the trip for our new vehicles is the trust that we have in this dealership's staff. This has been reinforced many times over the 25+ years. That is why we did not have any problem dealing with Teri in coming up with a satisfactory deal via the Internet. More

I showed up the next day and test drove an Acura ILX and loved it. My salesman wasn't the typical "car sales-manny", he didn't pressure me or try and talk me into anything which was great. After I test drove it, I met with the financial manager and he promised he would get me the best interest rate and he did. Great experience, I drove my car home tonight and it's amazing. More

We purchased our first vehicle from Schaller Acura in the year 2000. Our latest purchase 11/2016 was our fifth from them and that might not be rare in the auto industry but the fact that we worked with the same General Manager, Sales Consultant and Finance Manager is. That is virtually unseen in this industry today! They must be doing something right and my wife and I can attest to that. No pressure, bait and switch, scare tactics, etc. all the stuff you experience at many other dealers. Teri Lupacchino is absolutely the most professional sales consultant we’ve ever worked with. Our latest experience was great; they really make the delivery process very enjoyable and personal. As a side note, we stopped in on a Sunday just to window shop (not expecting them to be open) and it was a day when Teri was not in, we told Rob Horton that we would only purchase from Teri and he was completely understanding but still went above and beyond to help us understand and view our options, that in itself is also unheard of in today's auto buying experience. If you want to have the experience you deserve in purchasing a vehicle we would highly recommend visiting Schaller. More
