After test driving the MDX, we fell in love with it immediately. James knew that we had to get back to our young kids at home, so he quickly got us through the pricing process, avoiding the lengthy back and forth discussions with a business manager that are typical at most dealerships. We really appreciate that we were treated with respect and were given an experience that was customized to our needs. Always been a fan of Acura! I wasn't sure as to which type of vehicle I was looking to purchase. My first stop was Schaller Acura. I immediately fell in love with the 2015 TLX. Mike came out and assisted me and I even took it for a test drive. In the short ride Mike showed me the many features the car offers. He answered all my questions and was very easy to talk to. In the end, I explained how much I liked the car but that I was still looking around. He understood and gave me his card in case I had other questions. I didn't feel pressured. I went back to the dealership twice and after my third visit I left purchasing a 2016 TLX. Mike tried very hard to get the color combination I wanted.
