We were turning in a leased Acura RDX early and were leasing a new 2015 Acura TLX. All the paperwork and legwork were done by the dealer as to make our experience painless. Our salesperson, James Merrill, was professional in every aspect of the leasing experience. He sat with and listened to us without even a hint of pressure. The test drive was over 30 minutes long which was plenty of time for both of us to really experience the vehicle. After our decision to lease we worked out the numbers to our liking. At delivery, James was patient as we went through all the technical aspects of the TLX. Its a very technically advanced vehicle however James was patient as he showed us all the bells and whistles of the TLX. Also, he will schedule a follow up visit to answer the inevitable questions that will arise after driving the vehicle for a month or so.
