Best Ever!! I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but I just bought my 6th Acura from Schaller, starting in 1998, the first 5 were TLs and the recent one is a 2016 RDX. Obviously, I have had nothing but great experiences with them because I keep going back. My sales person for the last 4 purchases is Teri Lupacchino, who quite simply the best in all aspects of the sales process. I would deal with noone else. Their service department led by Dave along with Brian and Joe is the best I have dealt with in over 50 years of driving. The value they bring to my experiences over the years is impossible to calculate. I just wish I had found them earlier. Do yourself a favor, call Teri and get yourself a terrific car and deal with the the best team around. More

This is the third Acura I have bought/leased at Schaller. I worked with Teri on all the sales. She is great, knowledge and communicates very well. Most importantly, no pressure. I have looked at other makes of cars/dealerships, and they always try to get the sale before you leave the dealership and then call and email for days following the visit. Not the case here. The service department is great too. Would highly recommend the brand and this dealership. More

James spent a lot of time with us on both visits. He presented himself well and did not rush us into a decision. After the purchase he followed up with a phone call and invited us back for another informative session on the car if need be. We have had three Acuras over the years. I am not one to make quick decisions, and for a couple weeks, I contemplated which vehicle manufacturer I was going to go with. There is nothing worse than walking into a dealership and feeling uncomfortable. I never had that feeling at Schaller Acura. The sales staff was genuinely friendly, and unlike many other dealerships I have visited, I felt comfortable. During the couple of weeks when I was deciding between cars, Rob Horton returned all of my phone calls and even stayed after his shift a couple times to meet with me. I never once felt pressured to make a haste decision, and as a result, I chose the 2015 Acura TLX. My decision to buy an Acura was largely based on the amount of time Rob spent answering my questions, both on the phone and in person. In addition, Rob is very honest and a sales associate the consumer can trust. I recommend Schaller Acura to anyone looking for an Acura or deciding between makes. After going to Schaller Acura, you will satisfied with both their customer service and product. More
