Although a year had past since speaking with Rich, I returned to Schaller to deal with him because unlike other sales personnel Rich did not constantly send me email messages or text messages or calls "bugging" me to buy a car. A little disappointed this time that they didn't bother to fix the sensor that was taken out by the Road hazard object that ruined 2 of my tires or the fog light either.
