This was a much more pleasant experience, My technician worked with me and explained what he was doing and why. He seemed interested in me paying for what I needed vs over charging me for whatever he could worked with me and explained what he was doing and why. I was told my appointment was too late to do an oil change with my mileage check up but he also got my oil change and applied coupons without me having to ask.
