Going in for standard service i bought a brand new car at this dealership and have been getting it regularly serviced here for years. Half the time it is ok, half the time the cust i bought a brand new car at this dealership and have been getting it regularly serviced here for years. Half the time it is ok, half the time the customer service from the men who assist the customers is terrible. This most recent time I advised the gentleman helping me that I would be leaving and coming back, I was assuming around two hours. I did come back 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time and still had to wait 20 minutes for my car to be ready. By no means should this service had taken anywhere near this long. However the girls in the cashier area have always been nice and helpful. More

Great attention! Went to replace a radiator fan and fix an electrical issue. Service found there was no REAL electrical issue so they did not charge us for that inspe Went to replace a radiator fan and fix an electrical issue. Service found there was no REAL electrical issue so they did not charge us for that inspection. After fixing the radiator fan, Ron found out I still had miles left on my extended warranty. I really appreciate the attention I was given during my time there. More
