Great attention! Went to replace a radiator fan and fix an electrical issue. Looong waits and pretty expensive There was an extended wait, more than an hour, to get my paperwork after I was told the car was ready. An advisor shouldn’t say 5 minutes when the time is MUCH longer. The price for services is really high and has me questioning my ability to contour using the shop. I prefer my car to be serviced by Ford, though $600 to R&R rotors and pads is pretty steap. Lastly, during this lat visit my battery needed to be disconnected, which I understand. The issue is that the clock was not reset to current time and date, nor was I informed it was done. This simple jester is, as you say, provides an excellent experience. No, this experience was not excellent for me. More
